This chapter is about the software language and the tools used in the development of the project. The platform used here is .NET. The Primary languages are C#, VB, and J#. In this project C# is chosen for implementation. 5.2. DOTNET 5.2 .1 INTRODUCTION TO DOTNET Microsoft .NET is a set of Microsoft software technologies for rapidly building and integrating XML Web services, Microsoft Windows-based applications, and Web solutions. THE .NET FRAMEWORK The .NET Framework has two main parts: 1. The Common Language Runtime (CLR). 2. A hierarchical set of class libraries. 5.2.3 MANAGE CODE MANAGED CODE is a meta data.
